1300 Phone and Email Support Help Desk Support covers an unlimited number of support incidents for hosted software diagnosis,troubleshooting and issue isolation. It is not a substitute for staff training, business analysis or software configuration advice.

Maintenance Agreement

Base Managed Service; $200 p.a + GST  e.g.  Password Reset, Restore of Backups, Domain Name Changes

Note: An annual maintenance agreement is optional but without a maintenance agreement we don’t keep expert resources on standby to promptly answer your query, and services are charged by the hour (15 minute chunks)
