The included service is not a substitute for staff training, business analysis or software configuration advice. We are happy to mentor your staff at an hourly rate or engaged for formal training sessions.
If you have custom software hosted with us, we offer additional customized support agreements to ensure your unique needs are fully met.

Note: An annual maintenance agreement is optional but without a maintenance agreement we don’t keep expert resources on standby to promptly answer your query, and services are charged by the hour (15 minute chunks)
